This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) regulates the relations between the Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entity “Inclusive Practices” (Identification Code: 437069681, Registered address: Georgia, Ozurgeti region, Ureki, Dumbadze Str., No. 7; hereinafter referred to as the “Organization”) and any person visiting the website https://donate.inclusivepractices.ge/ (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
1.2. By using this website, making a donation, or clicking any button that implies agreement, the User fully and unconditionally accepts all the terms of this Agreement.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The website is designed to provide information about the Organization’s projects, goals, and to enable the voluntary collection of non-commercial donations to support the Organization’s statutory activities.
2.2. All payments made through the website are voluntary, non-refundable (except as specified in the Refund Policy), and represent charitable, non-commercial support for the Organization’s social and public activities.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The User has the right to use the website’s services to make voluntary donations using the integrated payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
3.2. The Organization undertakes to use the received donations exclusively for its statutory purposes and non-commercial activities.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. The Organization is not responsible for any technical failures, interruptions in the operation of the payment gateway provided by the bank (Bank of Georgia), or for failures in the operation of the User’s internet connection.
5. Final Provisions
5.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia.
