Science of being
According to the WHO, more than a billion people worldwide live with a mental disorder — roughly one in eight people on the planet. Most approaches in this field focus on external symptoms: anxiety, burnout, and depression. However, this does not address the root cause of suffering.
‘The Science of Being’ is a field of research where we tackle the problem of mental health at its root: by studying the foundations of the human condition — perception, the mechanism of empathy, and our connection to reality.
Our community
In the Inclusive Practices community, there is no division between “staff” and outside observers. Scientists, engineers, parents, children, and volunteers work together to create an environment where empathy becomes part of everyday life.
This is a daily practice of shared action, where each person contributes through knowledge, work, care, time, and attention.

Ureki is a unique natural ecosystem with powerful potential for human restoration and community development. Here, an international inclusive hub is taking shape — a space where nature, science, empathy, and everyday life come together to unlock human potential. Children’s and sports areas, improved public spaces, the pine grove, and the coastline all become part of an accessible environment for growth and development.

Ureki's living world
In Ureki, humans, animals, birds, the sea, the shore, and everyday life exist in a single, shared breath. In the constant rush of modern life, many people have learned to ignore the living world. Yet, it is precisely a deeply caring attitude toward our surroundings that serves as a true measure of a society’s culture. Inclusive Practices volunteers rescue stray animals and bring them into loving families, making them an integral part of our community.
